Oklahoma Drought

“My sons have gone with me on horseback since they were three years old. They can recognise sick cattle, they can do anything I can do. But what worries me is I see the whole farming picture changing. I have to wonder, is there going to be anything here for them when they grow up? A lot of people live in fear of no rain, but I just got to think that the good Lord, he's going to take care of us. You can’t be a pessimist and be in this business.”

Danny Ownbey, farmer, with sons Josh and Heath.
